a+uはオンラインのレクチュア・シリーズを開始します。

COVID-19の影響で世界中で移動が制限される反面、オンライン上での邂逅の垣根は下がりました。『a+u』は、創刊以来50年以上にわたり、世界中の建築家や建築家を特集し、人々とアイディアを結びつけてきました。このレクチュア・シリーズが、これまで以上にタイムリーで身近なプラットフォームとして、a+uにかかわってくださる方々から、いま、考えていることを共有いただく新たな機会となれば幸いです。

第3回はS-MAO（サンチョ＋マドリデホス・アーキテクチュア・オフィス）を特集した5月号を題材とし、3名のゲストをお迎えします。S-MAOからはフアン・カルロスとソル・マドリデホスに加え、ゲスト・パネリストとして5月号にエッセイを寄稿いただいたアントン・ガルシア＝アブリル（MIT教授）をお迎えします。

a+u Lecture Series

a+u is pleased to inaugurate a new lecture series based online with guests from our feature issues.

While one of the consequences of COVID-19 is the restricted ability to travel, it has lowered barriers through new possibilities of online encounters. For more than 50 years, a+u has featured architects and architecture from around the world, bringing together people and ideas. We hope this lecture series will be a new venue where our collaborators at a+u can share with us what they are now thinking, through a platform that is more timely and accessible than ever before.

The third a+u lecture is based on our May issue . which featured S-MAO Sancho-Madridejos Architecture Office based in Madrid We welcome 3 guests; Juan Carlos Sancho and Sol Madridejos, the architects of S-MAO. And as a special panelist, we welcome Antón García-Abril who contributed an essay in a+u 21:05, professor at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
